Peaceful idyll overlooking the sea & nature reserve

Warm welcome to our peaceful idyll in northern Halland. Here you have fields, sea and nature reserves right next to the cottage, large social areas and peace and quiet all hours of the day. You are close to fantastic swimming, in all its forms, the Sandö Hamn marina and the cozy lamb farm "Lindholmens gård". Proximity to several nice golf courses such as Vallda Golf & Country Club and Hamra (Kungsbacka Golf Club). The house is rented out in full, at least 6 days at a time. Check-in Saturday or Sunday. The space The house has four bedrooms and an associated "small cottage" with room for two adults. The accommodation can accommodate 8 adults. If you have smaller children, it may be possible to be 10 people. The dining areas, both inside and outside, have space for 8 seated guests. The kitchen is well equipped with the amenities you might need. On the large terrace, in the west with the evening sun, there is a gas grill and outdoor kitchen. On the breakfast and lunch terrace there is a larger charcoal grill. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Check-in 4-6 pm. Alternative times by agreement. Check-out at 11 a.m. The tenant is expected to clean before check-out. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK 2,000. Even then, guests throw away garbage and recycling before check-out. No dirty dishes are left.
