Character house with a hot tub and hammam

Enjoy with family or friends this atypical accommodation tastefully restored. We set everything up for you in our charming Burgundian house located 2.5 hours from Paris and 1 hour from Dijon. Enjoy a comfortable home with its "wellness" room equipped with a Jacuzzi and hammam. The house also includes a games room with foosball as well as a multitude of board games and books for children. The space The house of 145 m2 in total is made up of two parts separated by an inner courtyard. One, which corresponds to the old farm, includes a large living room of 45 m2 with an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave...) open to the living room and a master suite located on the mezzanine. The other part, the historic house, includes the wellness room on the ground floor, two bedrooms upstairs, one with a 140 x 190 bed and the other with 90 x 190 bunk beds, a bathroom and the games room. An extra bedroom can be made available if needed. Bed linen, towels and basic amenities are provided. A gas barbecue and garden furniture are available in the inner courtyard between the two buildings. Finally, a private, fully enclosed garden is located at the back of the house. Guest access Check-ins between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. will be with the manager, otherwise a lockbox is available by contacting us. The welcome booklet will be there to provide you with the elements and information useful for your arrival.
