The space Steamboat Wharf Cabins are a cluster of six eco-modern tiny homes set in a quiet forest near Sandy Point Beach. Cabin 5 is designed as a romantic retreat for couples, blending modern comforts with the charm of Maine’s natural beauty. Other things to note Water Use • Property runs on a well system — please keep showers short to conserve water. Kitchenette • No full kitchen, but each cabin includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Dining • Our guidebook highlights excellent Midcoast and Downeast restaurants. We’re glad to share local favorites for a romantic dinner. Nature Setting • Cabins are in a wooded area; insects may occasionally enter despite pest control. • Please keep doors and windows closed to help minimize this. Pet Policy • Pets welcome; one-time fee $125. • Pets must not be left unattended or on furniture. • Evidence of pets on beds, chairs, or couches will result in a minimum $250 fine. • Pets should be well-behaved to avoid disturbing other guests.
