Country home Close to the Rennes/Redon 4-lane road The space The Gite de La Ville au Grenier is a peaceful oasis, in the countryside but close to the 4-lane Rennes/Redon road. You will be immersed in a cozy atmosphere. The garden is partially enclosed because at the end of the village, access is private and is entirely reserved for you. Young and old will be able to take full advantage of the outdoor play area including swing, trampoline, badminton net, basketball hoop, seesaw and darts. Come and discover this beautiful stone house. The family room is upstairs, the modern design staircase may be dangerous for children. We provide all the necessary linen in the accommodation, this includes: - Sheets - 1 bath towel per person - Bath mats and hand towels - Dish towels - Hand soap - Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets to start the stay. Spacious house including: - A fully-equipped kitchen, - A beautiful living room with electric fireplace - A living room with a big sofa, internet TV. On the ground floor: - Two bedrooms with double beds, - Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. - A laundry room with washing machine, drying rack. Upstairs: - A family room with two double beds including a bunk bed - A single bed. - Bathroom with shower toilet. Please note that it is NOT POSSIBLE to arrive before 5 p.m. and leave after 10 a.m. We would very much like to make exceptions but for the proper management of the household and check-ins/check-outs, this is not possible.
