Archipelago house at the top of the mountain! What a view!

At the top and at the end of one of the island's highest cliff is newly built houses in New England style. From the house there are great views over the whole sea. Every day you experience something new to see, fascinated by the changes in nature and the sea. Go out directly on the cliff, see all the boats that pass and follow the car ferries' tours with your eyes. Master bedroom has magical views. Minimum 6 nights during summer The space The whole house is planned for socializing with a large family and friends, has an extra large kitchen to cook together and nice luxurious bedrooms. Description of the bedrooms and rooms in general: The house has three bedrooms and a furnished attic as well as a guest house on the terrace. It provides 8 good sleeping places spread over 5 different rooms. Master bedroom with 180 cm bed and the room has, in addition to magnificent views, also space for comfortable rattan armchairs and a clothes rail with drawers for your clothes. High ceilings and large windows. Large balcony with seating furniture. Large TV that makes the room a cozy place for movies and views at the same time. The second guest room has two separate beds that can be put together to make a double bed. The photographs show two rooms with different bed linens, but it's the same room. The third bedroom is slightly smaller and there is a 90 cm Hästen bed and a collapsible extra bed. With two beds, it can then be a little cramped but it works. One flight of stairs up, to the attic you have to go up a staircase/ladder that is in the second guest room. You can close the hatch in the ceiling to divide it, but usually the hatch is left open. As it is a steep staircase, the attic is suitable for large children/adults who can manage the steps Once up there, there is a spacious room with standing height and three separate beds. You can put beds together or place them at an angle. The room in the attic has a larger floor space and there are pillows and space for a little coziness if you want to be private. The guest house has a bed for two people, when you make the whole bed there will not be much room for anything else, but it is also a secluded place that is suitable for large children/adults. The entrance and first floor have a large, spacious, well-equipped kitchen for cooking for many. Large dining table for 8 people. Sofa set and two large rattan armchairs with large TV. Fireplace and all this makes the room a nice place to hang out. The house has two large terraces, you can walk around the house and get out on the rocks next door. Both balconies have large sofa groups where you can sit in the morning and evening with fantastic views, you are completely secluded from view and it is experienced as private. The bathrooms upstairs on the second floor are larger with storage furniture and the bathroom on the first floor at the entrance has a washing machine and dryer. Both bathrooms are well equipped with hand towels and bath towels. Description of Källö-Knippla: Knippla is a small island in Gothenburg's northern archipelago. The island has an interesting fishing history and culture. Good grocery store and several dining options. One of them is a popular and modern restaurant right in the harbor with a large serving area, the restaurant is called Matjes. On Knippla and available on social media. Also find Thai food at and cafes. To find the house: Cars can be driven all the way to the house and parked in 2 private parking lots. More parking spaces are available in the area if needed. No cost for the ferries and free parking. Swimming opportunities: Several swimming jetties are nearby and a nice child-friendly swimming area on the opposite side of the island, but everything is still close. Docks and opportunities for jumping and playing are available. You can sit on smooth rocks next door. There is a small sandy beach for the little ones with a playground, and toys and a toy boat. Discovering Källö-Knippla There is a beautiful walking loop for jogging and walking in the vicinity of the house. Our house is located absolutely by the cliffs and is close to walks. The views from the house: From all the windows of the house, there is a magnificent view that gives peace and quiet! Looking from the house over the water to the island of Hyppeln means nice light in the evenings. Everything is peaceful to see, not least ferries that pass back and forth. The whole house is planned for socializing with large family and friends, has an extra large kitchen to cook together and also nice bedrooms. Quiet area, only nature and the wind can be heard. No view from neighbors on all patios thanks to gates to close/set up in all corners of the house, they are well thought out with wind protection and movable parasols. So no matter the weather, you can be outdoors! Other info: Very well-equipped kitchen and well-equipped beds, generous with all textiles for bed, shower and kitchen towels etc. Car journey about 1-1.20 hours to Gothenburg city with two ferries. The trip is in itself an adventure as you come into contact with unique islands in Gothenburg's northern archipelago. Guest access As our guests, you have access to the whole house, guest house, all patios and everything that is in the house. Well equipped for cooking, spices and dry goods, cooking oil, etc. is available for use. You can use everything in the cabinets and drawers as if it were your own kitchen. You can also refill and replace anything that may run out. All textiles for bed, bathroom and kitchen and there are plenty of them. Feel free to bring your own bath towels for outdoor bathing. All equipment for excursions is available: barbecue, thermos, fridge bag, blankets, etc. You'll find everything you need. Description of the bedrooms: Other things to note This is a unique opportunity to rent this house, we rarely rent out the house because our family and circle of friends are great, but this year we want to sail in a newly purchased old sailboat which is our new challenge. So for that reason, the house is available for some weeks, in addition, we think it's fun to have guests. Being able to offer guests a unique island and a lovely house is a delight for us. There is permanent accommodation all year but during the summer the island is filled with a lot of families and above all boat guests. The island is characterized by the sea bathing and sports activities. There's always something to do. Want to encourage you to at least 6-7 nights stay. During the summer/peak season, I wish to rent at least 6/7 nights due to demand and to prepare the house amenities for guests.
