30 day minimum -This memorable place is anything but ordinary. This tiny house is perfect for 1 or two people to enjoy being close to the beach with bikes! It was completely renovated with beachy chic upgrades….the bedroom(Queen bed) living room/kitchen is perfect (like a studio) so you can enjoy your time away! Outside your own large deck with outdoor furniture. Sorry no pets/animals. Your own beach bikes, beach items etc. makes it a fun stay! The space The property has 3 other units-everyone has access to the laundry, their own parking space, and grill. This Tiny Home is at the back of the property. It has its own private outdoor seating area with umbrella. The inside has a queen bed with a 9 inch gel mattress, wifi, smart tv, cold air and a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower…so fun! Guest access One dedicated parking spot, grill and laundry is available for your use while staying here. Other things to note Please note-this is a “tiny” home. It’s 8 feet wide by 16 foot long. It’s cozy and functional. The outdoor space also helps expand some lounging area
