All open plan. 2 spacious Family bedrooms with King Size Beds and Single Beds & the 3rd Big Brother bedroom has 4 full size single beds and a Double Bed ,there is also sofa bed that is suitable for children in the large Lounge ,Spacious kitchen Airfryer,dishwasher, dining table, breakfast bar,2 fridge freezers ,Wine Cooler ,A large living area with plenty of seating which are perfect for relaxing. 2 bathrooms, 1 contains a large freestanding bath, sink and toilet and the 2nd is a large wet room with shower, toilet and sink. We have provided TV’s in the lounge and each bedroom. Leading to the outside, we have a 5 part bi-fold door at the front of the property allowing you to open it up and enjoy the outside space featuring an outdoor dining table and seating, BBQ area for BBQ trays, 2 large Fire Pits along with an outside sink. Lots of Parking and we are a working farm with 88 acres of farm walks and local great pubs and restaurants.Fully Accessible Lodge Guest access You can walk around our farm and see the horses anytime, there is also a games room with Wi-Fi and a TV. There are several public footpaths for lovely country walks, and cycling routes. We have some great pub restaurants within a mile of us at Fairview Farm Holiday Accommodation and Log Cabins and all the local take always deliver in to the farm. Other things to note The farm is very safe and secure and you can walk any where around our paths and we also have a foot path to a great pub/restaurant.
