Old beutiful house family apartment

The house were built in the late 19th centuries as a holiday home on the seaside, its a monument of wooden architecture. The apartment with one studio bedroom with kitchen ,another bedroom and with more than a hundred years old restored wallpapers on the walls. There are wide backyard with children house and sandbox, with cableway and trampoline. Our territory include 3 houses and we host another families usually with children. So, often we have many kids on the backyard which play together. The space The interior keeps its authentic layers – restored historic wallpapers, old wooden floors, original doors and handmade details, creating a warm, artistic and slightly bohemian atmosphere. A place that feels more like a lived-in creative studio – warm, inspiring and full of character. Music videos and a short film have been filmed here. Our territory include 4 houses and we host another families usually with children. So, often we have many kids on the backyard which play together. Guest access You have your own private apartment with a separate entrance and a table by your door in the shared, fenced garden. The kitchen is equipped with a small oven and a large refrigerator. The beds can be arranged to suit your needs. The garden is spacious and surrounds the house on all sides, so everyone can find a comfortable place to relax – in the sun or in the shade, depending on the mood. You are welcome to use the barbecue (please bring your own charcoal). A wood-burning stove can also be used in the apartment, and firewood is freely available in the courtyard. Other things to note For your safety and comfort, the garden gate is equipped with a child-safety latch. Please always make sure the gate and the latch are properly closed. If you are travelling with a pet, please supervise it at all times and make sure it is comfortable and suitable for an environment where children may be present. The parallel street is a quiet walking street, and there are many lovely paths for walks with dogs in the nearby pine forest by the sea. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beach. After 22-00 we try to keep silence so the parties is not allowed
