Detached house-view of the Pyrenees near Mirepoix

Our peaceful house is located in a quiet village a short distance from Mirepoix. Accommodation is on the first floor and comprises of a large open plan living space with kitchen, dining and living room. There are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom . Relax on the small balcony with view of the Pyrenees or in the private garden. The area has so much to offer with it's famous Cathar castles such as Montségur and Montbel lake only a few kilometres away. The space The house is completely detached and private with it's own driveway and garden. House: The house itself is nice and bright and modern and comprises of: - Open plan kitchen/dining/living space ( Fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher - Master bedroom with double bed - Second bedroom with a queen sized bed (120cm wide) and bunk beds - Modern bathroom with walk in shower - Washer-dryer in the basement Outside space: You will have the secure garden all to yourselves. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Pyrenees and watching the sunset from the small balcony. You also can have your meal or relax in the private back garden as it's a nice sun trap. The front garden has a small orchard so if you come at the right season you might be able to enjoy cherries, pomegranate or even persimmon! Parking for several cars. Guest access You can use the first floor accommodation and gardens. The washer/ dryer in the basement is also for you to use. You will have the whole property to yourself. Other things to note Accomodation is on the first floor accessed by an exterior staircase so not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
