This is a rural backroad property, and winter maintenance is not like in the city. Snowplows prioritize main roads first and back roads can take a long time to be cleared. We strongly recommend snow tires and using a vehicle you feel confident driving in winter conditions. A snow shovel is provided at the cottage for clearing the walkway and parking area but we also recommend keeping a shovel in your vehicle during winter travel as a precaution when navigating rural roads. ________________________________________ 🌐 Wi-Fi High-speed satellite Wi-Fi is included. It was recently upgraded and consistently delivers 40+ Mbps, which is more than sufficient for HD streaming, video calls, and remote work. However, because it is a rural satellite connection, occasional brief outages may occur during heavy winds or snowfall.
