The space The detached villa enjoys a sea view overlooking the enchanting La Maddalena archipelago and is strategically located, ideal for exploring the wonders of the area: just a 5-minute drive from fabulous paradise beaches; just a 10-minute walk from the center of Palau and numerous points of interest such as restaurants, bars, shops, and the port; 40 minutes by ferry from the island of La Maddalena; about 30 minutes by car from Porto Cervo. You can therefore be overwhelmed by the beauty of this land characterized by unspoiled landscapes, breathtaking views, clear turquoise or emerald sea that invites you to dive in, and the warm welcome typical of the most authentic Sardinia. The property boasts six private parking spaces right in front of the house, within an area enclosed and protected by an automatic gate that prevents access to unauthorized persons, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for guests in a very private setting. The house is 85 square meters and consists of a living room and kitchen in a single room, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom. In addition, the villa features a large and welcoming garden. LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN The house consists of a large and bright open-space living room that harmoniously combines the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for eating, including cutlery, plates, and glasses; all the necessary utensils for cooking, including pots, pans, and ladles; and almost all appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine with some capsules provided by the house. The kitchen has a sink and gas hob. The area has a dining table with six chairs, a double sofa bed that can be opened up to sleep two more guests, and a Full HD TV. BEDROOMS Two large and comfortable double Suites, both equipped with a Queen-Size bed, two bedside tables with two comfortable lamps, a wardrobe to store your clothes and all your personal belongings, a heat pump air conditioner, and a French window that leads directly to the garden. One of the two bedrooms also has a TV. BATHROOM The bathroom offers a sink, mirror, hairdryer, towels of various sizes, waste bin, welcome kit including shower shampoo provided by the house, a shower stall, toilet, bidet, shower mat, and window. GARDEN The villa is embellished by a large, well-kept private garden, equipped with three deck chairs to relax in the quiet and sunbathe, an additional table with more chairs for outdoor dining on sunny days, and an excellent charcoal barbecue. This green space is a true oasis of peace that offers moments of pure relaxation and unforgettable barbecues. Guest access Guests have the entire villa at their disposal. Access is very quick and easy thanks to the Self Check-In system. On the day of arrival, I will give you all the necessary instructions for entering the property. At the time of payment, you will also automatically pay the tourist tax (per night per person) through Airbnb. In compliance with Italian law, guest data must be registered, so before the time of entry you need to go through the online check-in procedure for all guests: I will send you a message containing a link that will take you to a portal where you have to enter your data and documents. It is a very simple procedure. The property is equipped with two heat pump air conditioners (one in each bedroom) and excellent Wi-Fi internet connection. Cleaning, sanitization of the rooms, and linen change are carried out before each check-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only allowed outside the house, without leaving ashes or cigarette butts on the ground. Clearly, guests are asked to behave in a civil manner out of respect for all neighbors.
