It’s the ideal setting for a quiet country stay. Amenities: microwave, Keurig, toaster oven, mini fridge/freezer, grill, bathroom, shower, A/C, outdoor patio/dining area. The space This is a spacious one-room converted poolhouse with a queen-size bed, bathroom, shower, wi-fi, TV, and A/C. Guest access The guest house is located behind the resident's main house, and guests have a private entrance equipped with a keyless Brink's digital keypad. Guests have parking on-site, and have access to the patio, bbq grill, and pool. Other things to note *No Smoking or Vaping Policy* Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property. A $300 fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy due to the significant smoke and odor damage it causes. Please understand: even brief smoking leaves behind harmful toxins (carcinogens and heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, and cyanide). These settle into fabrics, carpets, and dust, creating health risks for cleaners and future guests, and requiring extensive cleaning and airing out of the space.
