The space You will be seduced by my charming 25 m2 T2 apartment completely refurbished. It is conveniently located on the 1st floor of a small townhouse at 113 Rue Barbacane, in the heart of the historic Lower Town, at the foot of the famous Medieval City of Carcassonne. (only 5 minutes' walk) A 15-minute walk from the train and a stone's throw from a large free parking lot (at the bottom of the street, 40 m from the accommodation). The apartment offers you the possibility to enjoy a beautiful outdoor terrace, bathed in sunshine (exposed "southwest") for romantic or family breakfasts. In the immediate vicinity, you will find all the shops and restaurants you may need. Whether for leisure or business trips, its location is the ideal place to easily radiate to the Historic Hypercenter, the Bastide, or the agglomeration. I tried to think of everything for your stay! Possibility of extra bed. Very little recommended however for adults. The comfort will not be equivalent to that of the bed (a supplement of €10 will be requested for the bed linen of the sofa) - Dining or work table in the living room. - Mini ironing board and iron Information for our guests about additional fees: these fees are inherent to the cleaning and return of the accommodation to service after your departure.
