House ideally located on a point of the Ria d'Etel, in the middle of a garden with trees to the south and overlooking the Ria on the other side. Comfort, calm, beauty of nature and proximity to beautiful sites, hiking trails, typical ports. The space The house is a haven of peace and quiet, while being 20 minutes from the center of Lorient, 15 minutes from Auray and about 45 minutes from Vannes. Not far away, Carnac and its alignments, Quiberon and its wild coast, St Cado, multitudes of trails along the Ria, kayaking on the tip of the Old Chapel, huge beaches 10 minutes away by car. Both bedrooms have double beds. The upstairs bedroom has its own terrace. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two extra people. There is a 3rd bedroom upstairs but I reserve it to store our personal belongings A bathroom with Italian shower on the ground floor is adjacent to the bedroom. Bathroom with bathtub and shower upstairs. The ground floor has a beautiful space opening onto a terrace to the south, with the semi-open and well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a seating area, all with a double view of the Etel estuary. The ground floor bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the Ria. In the garden, several nooks and crannies with various garden lounges and sun loungers, a BBQ, a small body of water crossed by a bridge. The garden to the south is wooded, the northern part has stunning views of the Ria, seabirds, fishing boats or oyster farmers' boats.
