Welcome to our recently renovated studio apartment where you will have everything you need for a perfect holiday in Reykjavík. The apartment is located within a two minute walking distance from Laugavegur, the main downtown area of the city. You will also find a great supermarket, bars, restaurants and multiple museums just around the corner. The apartment has a private entrance an there is plenty of parking right outside. Quite possibly the best location in Reykjavik! The space The studio has a spacious bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower and a state of the art washer/dryer, a kitchenette and two single beds that can be turned into one if preferred. The kitchenette has a microwave, a kettle, toaster, a french press coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a fridge and a sink. It is also equipped with some basic supplies such as coffee, tea and sugar. The house is one of the oldest and most historic houses in the city and has been carefully restored over the past decade by the owners. It received a special awards for renovations in 2019 from the mayor of Reykjavik. The nearest supermarket is close by that is open daily from 9AM to 8PM and there is plenty of paid parking on the surrounding streets. You need to pay from 9AM to 9PM. Further up the street you can find free parking. You’ll love the place because of the coziness, unique and friendly stile. The studio is perfect for friends, couples and business travelers.
