Welcome to our charming studio located on the top floor of a building adjacent to the train station. It is very well insulated from noise and completely renovated during the summer of 2022, which guarantees you a quiet stay with easy and quick access to all amenities thanks to its exceptional geographical location. The space The residence is secured by an electronic badge that is in a box, the code of which is given to you on the 1st day of your stay. The studio is on the top floor. When you enter the studio, you will find the fully equipped kitchen area (glass-ceramic hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle...) and arranged so that the room is spacious and bright. You can have lunch for 2 on the high stools at the end of the counter, or sit at the desk in front of the TV. This space can also be useful if you want to telecommute. The very comfortable bed is standard size (140 x 190) with storage spaces on each side. The lights have been designed to provide you with maximum comfort: you have 2 bedside lamps on each side of the bed, but also 2 reading lights for optimal reading brightness. The bathroom with integrated toilet is intelligently equipped, with an electric towel dryer functional all year round. Heating is by radiators, cut between May and October for the summer season.
