This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Located in Hot Springs Village, America’s largest gated community. This resort offers 9 golf courses, lakes and hiking. Perfect for a weekend golf getaway or a week long family trip. This property offers 4 bedrooms and every room has a bathroom with a jack and Jill set up on the first floor guest rooms. 1600 sf of outdoor living offers a hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and corn hole. The space The home has an open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen all visible. The 3 bedrooms downstairs have king or queen beds with private entrance to bathroom and Jack and Jill set up for shared toilet/shower room between 2 of the bedrooms. The upstairs bunk room also has a small sitting area with TV, private full bathroom and is perfect for a family with children to share, sleeping for children with parents downstairs and/or is roomy enough for 4 adults to sleep comfortably. There are 2 bunk beds with trundles underneath. There is only floor space for one trundle to pull out completely. If using the other trundle(which is the 9th bed) you would need to remove the mattress from the trundle frame that is under the bed and place it in the open space of the upstairs bedroom. For these reasons, it would not be a good room for more than 4 adults to sleep. We have a gas grill with propane provided for your grilling needs. We have a gas fireplace indoors that is not available for use. We have an outdoor wood burning fireplace and provide firewood. You May want to bring fire started to make it easier to get a fire going in the fireplace as we do not keep accelerants on the back porch. Guest access The house minus garage, pantry and master bedroom closet. Plenty of open kitchen cabinet space to store food and furniture in master bedroom to store clothing. Other things to note No pets. No indoor smoking.
