Set on a private 30 acres with a separate driveway, Skye combines comfort and quality with modern conveniences, including a flat-screen TV, wood heater, leather lounge, A/C, wifi, workspace and a well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy meals beneath the wisteria or watch the sun set over the dam from the new BBQ gazebo, surrounded by abundant birds, trees and kangaroos. The space Skye Cottage is an original Australian ‘shed home’ which has been extensively internally renovated with couples and artists in mind. It provides a modern, spacious and peaceful space to enjoy relaxed time out, surrounded by trees, birds and kangaroos. Skye is private and self-contained, offering guests use of beach towels, yoga mats, a bluetooth speaker, complimentary firewood (wood heater inside and fire pit outside), outdoor dining areas, quality linen & glassware, candles, board games, a vintage record collection and a well-stocked kitchen. Large windows provide expansive views of the property's gardens, trees, lawn and lake. Breakfast provisions - sough dough, bacon, eggs, OJ, fruit, milk - are provided. Note: While dogs are welcome, Skye does not provide a dog-proof yard. Parking is permitted on concrete slab only. Do not drive or park on lawn. Standard vehicle access only (no trucks). Guest access Guests of Skye Cottage are welcome to explore its private 30 acres, which includes the paddocks surrounding the dam. Other things to note Skye Cottage is located in the vicinity of working farms. Please ensure your dog does not chase cattle or wildlife. Skye operates on tank water, so we appreciate your conservative use of water during dry periods. Skye only accepts bookings from guests with an established Air B&B history and recent reviews.
