Perfect pit stop on any road trip. Tons of restaurants and food options, Walmart, Costco, Home Depot and full shopping mall all less than a mile away. The place is fully furnished, wireless internet, fully functional kitchen with stove, oven, large refrigerator, cookware, cutlery and plates are available to you. This is a private studio room with 1 full bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. Your stay also comes with 1 parking space just steps from your door. Garage door can be opened during your stay to enjoy indoor and outdoor living. Neighborhood Coexistence - This rental agreement includes a zero tolerance policy for noise disturbances, overcrowding, or house parties. Guests should keep the volume of voices and music at a reasonable level and controlled after 10:00 p.m. Windows and doors closed by 10pm so there is no loud noise outside. Guest access You can park right in front of your own patio. We have our own private patio on the other side of the fence. We also park our 2 vehicles in the driveway as well but will never block you in so no interaction is required. Other things to note You will hear the freeway when there is no LA traffic. We have a toddler on-site so you may hear him from time to time. There is also a large breed dog on-site but you will not have any interaction with her, unless you want to! She is very friendly but you may hear her bark if she spots any coyotes at night. Please do not feed the wildlife - there are coyotes that may come by the fence. You may also see opossums, geese, and skunks.
