Bedroom configurations are as follows: • Primary Room - King Size Bed, Ensuite bath with shower and large jacuzzi bath-tub, Smart TV, Walk-in Closet and breathtaking ocean views, located on 1st floor • Guest Bedroom #1 - Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, Ensuite Bath, Closet, located on 1st floor • Guest Bedroom #2 - 2 Twin Size Beds, Smart TV, Jack and ill Bath, Closet and Ocean Views, located on 2nd floor • Guest Bedroom #3 - Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, Jack and Jill Bath, large closet, Ocean Views, located on 2nd floor • There is a queen size pull-out sofa in the den area that can sleep an additional 2 guests. The home is on a quiet road that leads to PCH at the bottom of the hill. Across the street is Malibu's Carbon Beach (also known as Billionaire's Beach), a sought-after area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the coastline, and beach access is only steps away. Malibu's most popular destinations, including Nobu, Soho House, The Malibu Pier, and Surfrider Beach, can be seen from a bird's-eye view. STR21-0054 (License #) This property is professionally managed exclusively by Stay Awhile Villas. Guests have access to the entire home and garage. I am available 24/7 The home is located on the hillside opposite Carbon Beach (also known as Billionaire's Beach). The home is located on a private road and the home itself is gated. There are plenty of shops and restaurants down on PCH at the bottom of the hill. You can use Uber or you can ask us about our car rental program through Drive Awhile. Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking. In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well. 1) No parties. No visitors. No unapproved guests. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list. If you want to have a guest, then you will need to submit their names prior to booking. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. We are very strict on our guest policy because it helps us maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. It also helps us stay well within the limits of the law. If a property goes over capacity, then we will become at risk of losing our permit and we will have to ask you to leave. 2) No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. However, due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet. 3) No smoking, vaping, or the like Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.50 B 18 b High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500. Wordpress Login 4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office located at 22648 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages. 6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. 7) Pool/hot tub: Please never leave children unattended near or in the pool/hot tub. No life guard on duty. Do not have glassware near the pool/hot tub areas. If glass is found in the pool/hot tub you will be charged a $1000 fee. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside. Additionally, keeping the glassware away from these areas has three benefits: (1) it helps keep the pool/spa functional and clean, (2) it prevents you from having to pay for any damages, and (3) it helps prevent injury. So, please use our plasticware to acquire the three benefits and let us know if the kitchen does not have the plasticware. Lastly, please do not throw away the plasticware because they are not disposable. Please just wash them by hand and store them away. If you want the pool to be heated, then it will cost $100 per day of your reservation. So, for example, if your reservation is 4 days and you want pool heating, then we will send you a $400 fee request. The pool heating fee is all or nothing. The hot tub is free. Parking: After you enter the gate, there will be a long driveway large enough to accommodate about 4-5 vehicles. Additionally, there is a garage port that can accommodate 2 more vehicles. So, the property can hold around 6-7 vehicles. It is also worth noting that parking is unavailable on the street at this property since the road is too small and winding to fit parked cars. Pre Stocking: We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests. Day of Arrival: During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment. Early/Late Check-In and Late Check-out Fees: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Our early check-in and late check-in fees are $100 for every hour before 4:00pm and after 6:00pm, respectively. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. Our check-out time is 10:00am. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. If you would like to have a late check-out, then please let us know in advance and we will see if we can accommodate it. If you would like to have an early/late check-in or a late check-out, then you will need to let us know one day in advance in writing. Doing this DOES NOT GUARANTEE our approval. Our approvals depend completely on factors that are out of our control. For example, whether the previous guest broke something at the property, whether the property needs its scheduled maintenance, whether our maids or technicians have ample time to do their job, whether our hosts/hostesses will have ample time to perform their inspections, whether the check-in is done outside of working hours, or whether there are any unprecedented issues. These are just a few examples of issues that determine whether or not we are able to approve an early/late check-in or a late check-out. So, let us know as soon as possible if this is something you are interested in and we can see if it is something we can accommodate. Cleanliness: We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards. When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
