Welcome to The Sunset Beach Bungalow! This top-floor luxury water-front home located in Indian Shores, FL has been completely remodeled. Our serene getaway is situated on the Gulfs Coast. The large deck looks out over the water, providing a calming sanctuary to which you can retreat any time of day or night. Our home is over 1000 sq. ft and is newly furnished with plenty of room to relax during your stay. Our beach is private so there aren’t large crowds! The space LIVING ROOM AND OPEN KITCHEN: The open kitchen and living room area is perfect for hosting. Curl up on the couch and watch your favorite shows with full cable access on the 50" 4k TV. The lounger turns into a full bed for additional sleeping (with an additional 3" foam pad). DINING: Enjoy a home-cooked meal all together at the dining table with seating for 6, grab a snack at the kitchen counter with bar-height seating for 4, or dine on the deck with 4-person seating and watch the waves. BEDROOMS OVERVIEW: Our love for design and attention to detail continues as you walk into the bedroom suites. Both rooms are similar in size and have a pocket door in front of each suite to give and added privacy to each bed and bath. Both bathrooms are equipped with Bluetooth speakers in the fan. Just flip the switch and enjoy. BEDROOM 1: A queen-sized Restoration Hardware bed and down feather pillow top mattress. There is a full trundle bed underneath for additional sleeping. The full bed is a 5” memory foam mattress. Perfect for little ones and 42” Roku enabled TV. BEDROOM 2: The master bedroom is equipped with a queen canopy bed with a memory foam mattress and Roku enabled 40" TV. Sleep therapy noise machines are in each bedroom along with black out curtains. Deck: A new two-person day bed has been added. The addition is to the couch set and breakfast table. The deck is 12 x 31 of additional living space. ***All bedding/blankets~duvet covers are changed in between each stay! *** EXTRAS: Full-size washer and dryer Internet Cable and Ruku access 2-3 Parking spots under the house 6 beach chairs & sand toys Kids (inside) games Available on request: Pack and play Bumbo Multi-seat (highchair) *Pets are welcome but must be approved. The house on stilts only has two units. This unit is on the top floor. Other things to note There is not a pool on site but there is a splash park for kids 5 minutes down the road.
