Set amongst nature on a private quiet, peaceful park-like lifestyle block with lovely gardens walking tracks & parking at the door LOCATION Conveniently located from the airport (40 mins) to the city (30 mins) Close to trust stadium, Kumeu showgrounds, zoo, botanical gardens, museum 2 minutes drive to train station with plenty of parking 2-minute drive to shops and local cafes. 15 minutes to Bethells black sand Beach, Crystal Mountain, Kiwi Valley Farm, and more. The space A clean and comfortable spacious well-equipped house with quality furnishings and plenty of parking in a beautiful garden setting with lots of birdlife and lovely tracks to walk. Unlike many of the other BnBs in our area, our location is at the bottom of the mountain range, not at the top, which has steep winding roads to get to many destinations. It's the perfect springboard for exploring the wonderful West Coast with its wineries, shopping centers, and natural wonders. Crystal Mountain and Kiwi Valley farm for the younger family members. Beautiful black sand surf beaches, magnificent waterfalls, native bush, and stunning lakes are all within minutes of The Haven A 10-minute drive to Cosco's in Westgate We also have a small 2-bedroom cottage located on the property, which is listed separately for group bookings. However, we do not allow gatherings of extra people or parties in either house. Guest access Access the driveway from the road which is marked with an orange road cone. It's the first house coming up the driveway.Access the house with a key located in the lock Box which is located on the post opposite the front door,( code will be given with check-in details) Your private car park is outside the entry to the Airbnb in the carport or on the drive. You will have uninterrupted and complete access to the entire house. We do have security cameras outside on the driveway for the safety of all Other things to note On arrival, we require a photo ID of the guest who booked and also a photo of the car registration. We have security cameras on the outside entrances for ourselves and our guests. We are central to many activities and amenities making day trips easy. We have plenty of brochures for you to look through and plan your days out. We are located at the bottom of the ranges so no winding steep roads to drive. The train is a 5-minute drive you can park at the station and go anywhere and save $$$ in parking We are always happy to help in any way
