Hassle-Free Travel for US Citizens No passport or customs required for US citizens. Guest access The mandatory resort fee will be included in your nightly rate: $99 plus tax (11.5%) per night, covering up to 6 guests assigned to the Villa. This fee grants access to resort amenities such as the Beach Club, Tennis Courts, Gym, and Boat House (which includes bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards). Please note, only guests listed on the reservation will receive digital resort passes and be allowed access to the resort grounds. To issue these passes, we require the full name, email address, and cellphone number for each guest. A daily resort pass is mandatory to enter the premises, even if guests do not plan to use the amenities. Passes must be coordinated through the Concierge in advance. Other things to note We require all guests to complete the ID verification process, which includes adding a government ID to your Airbnb profile for security purposes. Additionally, you must confirm the total number of guests staying with you, and all guests need to be registered with their full legal names. Our prices are regularly updated and reflect the season, demand, and value of our offering. When comparing similar luxury listings in the area, you will find that our prices are competitive and fair, especially given our Superhost status. We provide a golf cart for up to 4 guests. To authorize its use, we will send you a "Liability Release and Hold Harmless form" that needs to be signed.
