Apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is no lift) Guest access The apartment is fully self-contained with a balcony with harbour views. It is on the 3rd/top floor (no lift) and has its own separate lock-up garage that will fit a medium SUV. Other things to note Must climb stairs as the apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor. Garage entrance measurements Width 2450 - Height 1970 (larger 4WD vehicles and vans may not fit in the garage).
