Our team performs constant maintenance and monitoring to keep the pools in optimal condition; however, there are weather-related situations that may require additional time for cleaning, filtration or water recovery. These circumstances are considered beyond the control of the accommodation and do not constitute a breach of the services offered. Consequently, any temporary restriction on the use of the pool caused by weather conditions, guest safety or necessary maintenance processes will not result in full or partial refunds of the reservation. By confirming their stay, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms described above.
