Atypical Périgord Chalet/Hot Tub & Private Pool

Our atypical cottage welcomes you in a peaceful village just 20 minutes from Perigueux. Ideal for a romantic getaway, with friends or family. The chalet brings you calm and relaxation with the spa (heated to 37 degrees all year round) and a swimming pool (unheated) (opening mid-May). A green space, petanque court, (balls and molky available) barbecue will be your allies during your stay. The place is for 4 people max! no parties! 7-night minimum booking (July/August) The space Imagine yourself on vacation or even for a weekend , being able to cool off in the pool (open June to mid-September,may vary depending on the weather)(unheated) , between two games of pétanque.(boules and molky game available) You can also enjoy our place on winter evenings around the pellet stove after using the hot tub heated to 98 degrees Fahrenheit (3 massage seats, can accommodate 4 people). There is a CLEANING PACKAGE: if you like From 4 nights: OPTION: €50 to be paid on site, request at time of booking Otherwise, cleaning is done by you 🙏☺️ Enjoy the proximity to the sites to visit, 30km from the castle of Hautefort, Tourtoirac cave, beautiful municipality of Brantôme , also 6km from Sorges and its truffle museum. Bergerac, Sarlat and Montignac are 1 hour by car. You will also have the opportunity to discover Perigord gastronomy in several restaurants that we can advise you on. And to end this beautiful day, a moment of relaxation in the hot tub all to yourself, heated to 99.5 °F (37.5 °C) in winter and 93.2 °F (34 °C) in summer. Towels and spa towels are provided. (Open Friday 12 p.m. / 7 p.m. and Saturday morning 10:30 a.m. / 1 p.m.) The municipality of Savignac Les Churches is 1km away , you can find a food shop crossroads express,a tobacco bar,a hairdresser,a pharmacy,a bakery,a farmer's shop. A public garden is set up with a small sandy beach by the river, a wooded area, children's games, a bowling alley,a pump track, and a guinguette restaurant The Trelissac shopping area is 15km away, you will also find a greenway arranged along the Isle ,ideal for walking or cycling, well shaded it can take you to the city center of Périgueux in no time 🤗 (30 min by bike). When booking for two people, only one room is available (different prices from 3 people) We prioritize families with kids And not groups of adults, in order to preserve the tranquility of the hamlet 🙏🏼 We will be happy to welcome you and make your stay as pleasant as possible☺️.
