Welcome to German Village. No trip to Cbus is complete without staying in this 19th century village. Our house is tucked away on a quiet alley. 2 car garage and double backyard. Unusual for the village, but lucky for us. Inside, a comfy living room with fun art, large dining area with MCM furniture and art. A complete kitchen, 1 1/2 bath & laundry. Upstairs 2 plus bedrooms. A third bedroom (not private connects the two) for an additional 5th guest or just extra space. The space First floor has living room, full sized dining room and separate kitchen . Half bath and laundry are also located on first floor. Second floor has a main bedroom with king sized bed. Middle room has a single daybed (this room isn’t It private and is in between master and guest room). Second room has two twin beds. Full bathroom is located in middle room. The backyard is a double lot. Spacious with a patio area and green grass. Parking is available in garage or right in front of home. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy.
