Elciarelli-Giulia Apartment

The Giulia apartment on the ground floor is surrounded on three sides by an attractive porch in the shade of which guests can enjoy lunching (table seats 14 persons), playing ping-pong, relaxing on the teak lounging chairs, lapping up the exceptional beauty of the countryside and again dining in the cool evening air. The space Inside there is a huge living area (living room, dining room, kitchen : more than 80m²) ) which opens on to the porch through three window doors. In the living room, two sofas (of which one opens into a double bed) are situated in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 90 cm oven, five burners, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen robot; the windows overlook the splendid umbrian panorama. Inside the villa a large farm table and benches can accommodate guests when the weather does not permit eating outside under the porch. This apartment consists of three bedrooms : the red room with a big double bed in wrought iron ; the green and blue rooms with two single beds each and two bathrooms (one with bath and the other with shower). An iron staircase links the two floors. When the apartments are rented separately, access to this staircase is locked by a heavy trapdoor situated on the upper floor. The kitchen is very well equipped with various utensiles – guests will feel at home ! The porcelain tableware, water, wine glasses and champagne glasses are for 20 people, and there is an abundance of cutlery. The refined choice of objects, pictures, upholstery and house linen contribute to the charm of this villa where harmony reigns. The water reservoirs, heating equipment together with a laundry with washing machine are located in an outhouse at the end of the porch. In a corner of the garden is an bread/pizza oven in which guests can cook with firewood – (opposite a sink). Guest access The swimming pool (12x6m length) is the property of the owners of Villa Elciarelli. It is regularly used by the owner and their family but they allow its use to their guests residing in both apartments. The owners live 150 meters away from the pool.We respect the privacy of our guests residing in the Villa so that they can enjoy any common space in complete freedom. For the sanitization of the pool water, salt technology and natural chlorine produced by electrolysis is used. The water is slightly salty and pleasant for the skin. Next to the pool you can find a pool house with changing room, shower room, toilet and a summer kitchen with barbecue under the portico. The area around the pool and Villa Elciarelli is well maintained and flowered. Balls, racquetballs, inflatable toys and deck chairs are available for playing. This area is the only one that is shared with the other apartment making up the Villa. Guests are invited to supervize their children, pets and person who require special assistance to move around the property. Any fire lit in the barbecue areas must be attended at all times. Children must not be left unattended under any circumstances in and around the pool area. The presence of an adult is imperative for safety reasons.
