The villa has two floors and also a roof terrace on the roof, the master bedroom is on the second floor (top) and has an en-suite bathroom, the other three bedrooms are on the first floor and two of the bedrooms (blue and pink) share a bathroom that is between the bedrooms and the fourth bedroom (green) has a bathroom just outside the room in the hall. Large spacious fully equipped modern kitchen and there is also a laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. The whole house is large and spacious with a lot of Spanish charm. Large lovely pool and BBQ area with additional dining area in the garden. There are two steps to enter the house from the entrance/parking and to go to the pool from the living room/terrace, there are 5 steps, it is also possible to go to the pool from the entrance. The house is located just a few minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Marbella, the best restaurants and also a grocery store just a few minutes walk from the Villa.
