The space This is a studio unit with bunk bed good for 3 pax. The room comes with smart TV, PLDTHome Fibre, children's books and some toys and playing cards for late night chill with family. Amenities: self check in thru key box 2 swimming pools 2 gyms motorcycle parking only (for car parking, rental is required at min. cost pf P150/night) water heater in CR microwave oven toaster electric kettle fridge rice cooker electric stove pots and pans kitchen utensils clothing iron dining table for 2 alarm clock towels and blankets shampoo, toothpaste and soap walk up condo only (no elevators) Guest access Guests can use the swimming pools and gym in the property. Other things to note We don't have car parking. But if needed, please advise so I can possibly arrange for pay parking. Complimentary cleaning and replenishment of towels and linens on 4th day for stays beyond 6 days. Or as requested by guests. No elevator in the property. This is a walk up condo.
