Newly renovated and perfectly located, Cardinal Ridge is a family compound that provides space and amenities for adventurous souls. A hospitality oasis, you will find everything you need to make mountain memories with the ones you love. Designed for fun, this well appointed cottage provides a sanctuary for your holiday getaway. And don't forget to bring your furry friend! The space Follow the drive up the knoll to find our quirky blue cottage with plenty of parking, a dog run, a carport, a "treehouse" and detached, seasonal bungalow all overlooking the surrounding organic herb farms. Enjoy the spacious yard with ample space for your mountain bikes, kayaks, canoes and climbing gear. Enjoy a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bunk bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa. Multiple gathering areas will provide ample space for gatherings or a place to escape and unwind. Adults can watch the action from "The Nest," a fun three-season entertainment bungalow with comfy seating and a 75" smart tv. The compound is surrounded by a fence, allowing for scavenger hunts for the kids in a safe, open area with plenty of room to play. And of course being fully fenced in, Cardinal Ridge welcomes your furry family members. At the day's end, take a relaxing cold soak in the stock pool (SEASONAL JUNE-SEPT) or gather around the outdoor fire pit to recharge from the day's activities. The views of the night sky abound from the treehouse, perfect for amateur astronomers, storytelling, and enjoying the mountain breezes. Modern conveniences abound in this newly renovated and unique, cozy cottage. Other things to note Up to two pets are allowed for a fee. Dogs up to 75 pounds. Anytime a pet is left unattended at the cottage they must be left inside. Host does supply one large crate upon request. Property provides pet waste stations and furniture covers. No cats allowed due to severe allergies. Our freezer does not have an ice maker. Host provides a bag of ice and ice trays. Stock pool is not heated and is seasonal, June-Sept.
