Located on a street in the historic center of Châteaugiron, the carefully decorated house opens onto a small walled garden and south-facing with a terrace on the front. The medieval castle is opposite, across the "pont du mal-y-passe" near the pond for walks. No pets, no smoking, children from 2 years old. Check-in, 4pm/7pm. The space The accommodation includes a living room and equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and toilet on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Dishwasher, TV, and all kitchen equipment are available. A 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds are provided in the bedrooms for up to four people. Laundromat at Super U Guest access The entire house is available for guest use as well as the garden, except for a closed lean-to reserved for the host's equipment. Other things to note Châteaugiron is central, 15 minutes from Rennes by car, bus line to Rennes. Expressways to visit Vitré, Saint-Malo or Mont Saint-Michel less than an hour to the north, Vannes or Nantes to the south and Brocéliande to the west. Bus: 24 daily trips to Rennes from Monday to Friday and 22 on Saturday. 22 daily returns to Châteaugiron from Monday to Friday and 17 on Saturday.
