The space Four bedroom home with three bathrooms, game room and large pool and attached in-ground spa. This house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also has one queen Murphy bed in the den in case you need the extra bed. One bedroom and separate bathroom is downstairs. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. The master has it's own master bathroom. Other things to note The following rules apply to all of our homes: Good neighbor policy: NO OUTDOOR NOISE AFTER 10PM (until 8am). Noise complaints are subject to fines. Clean air for all policy: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING home. Smoking/vaping inside the home is prohibited at all times and is subject to fines. Smoking/vaping outside is allowed when windows and doors are closed. The following applies to this property: SPA HEATING - Spa heat is included in nightly rental rate. POOL HEATING - For stays of 7 nights or less, $375 is cost to heat the pool to 84 degrees for entire stay.
