Detached house 50 meters from the sea

Recently renovated and furnished independent house, equipped with every comfort for a relaxing stay near the sea. Located a few steps from the Tower and overlooking the sea. The Salina dei Monaci can be reached on foot, as well as the beach. The town is small but the area is well served with supermarkets, restaurants, fishmongers, pizzerias, a pharmacy and various shops. The space The house consists of a large covered veranda, garden, outdoor shower, barbecue, entrance, dining room with equipped kitchen, extendable table and ceiling fan, two bedrooms with double bed, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms (both with bidet, but only one with shower), light well, terrace with wonderful sea view, washing machine, TV, air conditioners in each room. Free parking in front of the house. Availability of a crib for younger children, an inflatable pool and games. Clean towels and sheets are provided at an additional cost of €15 per set.
