Surrounded by peaceful pastures and friendly horses, this is a quiet rural escape designed for comfort, space, and relaxation. The home features vaulted ceilings, Pergo laminate flooring, and an open-concept layout perfect for dining, entertaining, or simply unwinding after a day at the track or event. Whether you’re here for equine activities, competition, or a peaceful getaway, the setting offers both convenience and serenity. Equine professionals and traveling athletes are welcome. A nearby equine training center offers hacking access and dry stalls, with a convenient friendship gate for easy entry. Majestic Oaks Ocala is just down the road, and the World Equestrian Center (WEC) is approximately 30 minutes away via scenic back roads or a quicker route via I-75. Pet-Friendly Stay Approximately 1 acre of fenced area to run. Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome. Pets must be supervised at all times and may not be left unsupervised outside. No diggers, please. A $150 non-refundable pet cleaning fee is required regardless of stay length. Outdoor Living Relax on two large covered decks, each furnished with seating and safety rails—perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, or unwinding after events. Interior Features The spacious chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and cutlery, and includes a 48-bottle wine cooler for your favorite beverages (BYOB). A dishwasher is provided for easy cleanup. The primary suite features a king-size memory foam bed and a spa-style en-suite bathroom with an 80-gallon hot water heater supporting a deep soaking tub with pull-out faucet—ideal for long, relaxing baths. Towels are provided; guests should bring their own toiletries, bath salts, and personal care items. The guest bedroom includes a full-size bed and opens directly onto a private covered deck. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. Parking & Access Covered parking is available for two vehicles. Horse trailers can be accommodated on-site near the barn. Guest access Gated and Locked, Guests upon arrival will be provided key for access. Guests are welcome and encouraged to walk the farm and pass out carrots to our four legged friends, if you'd like. Need to call 2 hours prior to arrival as we will meet you to provide access. Simply stay in-touch if you are running late as any good guest would. Other things to note No parties. This is a working farm. Leave the property as you found it. Respect the people around you. Parking under the carport only. 10' X 10" Storage Shed for Tack or agility equipment. Do not park on the grass please.
