Pleasant cottage located in a small peaceful hamlet along the Loire by bike and the Loire Valley nature reserve. Close to the vineyards of Pouilly and Sancerre and its goat farms. Ideal for meeting up with family, friends or after a day of work. The space Pleasant and functional cottage with an area of 85 m2 with small fully enclosed garden. WiFi. The accommodation consists of a beautiful entrance on the ground floor leading to the shower room/toilet as well as access to a nice fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer) with a large table for your meals. This large room opens onto a warm living room and will be ideal for good times of conviviality. Access to the floor is via a staircase that leads to a mezzanine filled with light, making it an ideal corner for reading. This landing serves the two bedrooms. Each has a 140 bed, a 90 bed, a wardrobe and an 80 cm TV. Upon your arrival the beds will be made. Please note, however, that I do not provide towels. At the back of the cottage is a large laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board. It is also possible to store bikes there. Garden furniture, a barbecue, armchairs and small benches are available to enjoy the garden. Guest access Access to the property is through the garden. We'll be happy to welcome you. However, self-check-in is always possible. We will contact you a few days before your stay to arrange your arrival. Other things to note This accommodation is non-smoking, ashtrays are outside. Please take off your shoes to go upstairs. We ask you to drop off the bed linen (duvet cover, pillows and fitted sheets) at the bottom of the stairs before your departure.
