The apartment with 84 m² of living space, fireplace, terrace and small garden, is located in the middle of the Rottaler Bäderdreieck. Quiet and secluded overlooking a horse pasture and surrounding fields. Shopping, restaurants, golf courses, thermal baths, etc. can be reached in a few minutes by car. For families, there is the Voglsam Adventure Park, Bayernpark, a wildlife park, bird park, etc. nearby. For stays of 7 nights or more, the price per night is reduced by 10%. The space The apartment is located at the end of the street overlooking fields, meadows, trees and a horse pasture. In addition to two horses, cats, rabbits, chickens and two small dogs live on the property. Guests have their own terrace with a small garden area on the south side. In the cold season, it is very cozy in front of the fireplace with a visible fire. Firewood is provided free of charge from October to the end of April.
