It has received a complete makeover and most recently, the exterior has been renovated including a new side entrance and patio area. The main floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Upstairs has a bonus room which features another area to relax and stream your favorite shows. It also has two twin beds. Each room has been designed with comfort and style in mind offering all the amenities you will need to make your stay enjoyable. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen has all the cooking essentials, you need to prepare meals. It also has a Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, waffle maker, toaster as well as a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea from the new drink station which is stocked with a variety of tea, coffee, creamer and syrups. Please note, the kitchen table only sits 4 people at this time. LIVING ROOM Stylish but cozy! Fast WIFI and a 43" Roku TV. Enjoy some time reading a book from the small library collection. There is also an air conditioner window unit for those hot summer days. BEDROOM 1 Located at the rear of the home. It includes a queen size bed, dresser, closet and mirror. There is also a window AC unit during summer months. BEDROOM 2 Located at the front of the home. It also includes a queen size bed, dresser, mirror and dedicated work space with desk and lamp. There is also a window AC unit during summer months. BONUS ROOM Located upstairs off the main floor living room. It features a sofa, TV with Roku, books, board games, and two twin beds. There is also a window AC unit during summer months. BATHROOM A bit on the small side but still provides everything needed: shower, tub, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, TP and towels/wash-clothes. PATIO (closed for winter) Relax in the back yard on the new patio. The dinning table seats 6 and includes an umbrella. There are 2 Adirondack chairs where you can enjoy reading a book. Also available is a grill, cooking utensils and dinnerware. PETS Pet friendly. $50 flat rate fee. No more than two pets are allowed. Small breeds preferred. Please message host when booking to specify breed or special requests. Must pick up dog waste from yard and dispose in garbage cans prior to departure. PARKING Please do not park in the back yard. There is room for 2 cars to park in the driveway. Either in front or to the left of the garage. LAWN CARE / MAINTENANCE During the summer months (est. May - Oct), weekly lawn care is serviced by a third party. Don’t worry, Kyle won’t come early but there there will be additional noise during the time he visits. During the winter months, he will make sure the sidewalks are cleared of snow and ice. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. The washer/dryer can be found in the basement and is available for your use. Other things to note Long term stay guest are welcome. Please send me a message or an inquiry by selecting the dates you desire. For bookings over 28 nights, you will be required to sign a separate rental agreement. Upon booking confirmation, you agree to provide your email address and return the signed contract and copy of ID within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is by 3rd party, you must disclose this information at the time of booking and in the rental agreement. Failure to comply gives host the right to cancel the booking.
