Open the front door and step onto the sand of Venice Beach. This bright and modern guest apartment is on the bottom floor of a beautiful modern beachfront home which has been recently remodeled. Amenities inside reflect the hip and bohemian neighborhood: a 1970s pinball machine, turntable and albums, and 2 beach cruising bikes. Please note: This is a peaceful vacation rental. This is NOT a party house and we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind. The kitchen has all new appliances and cabinetry, complete with cook, plate, and flatware. The bathroom has a tub and shower combo with glass door, plus a large vanity stocked with Kiehls bath products, hair dryer, and luxurious white fluffy towels. A separate queen bedroom has a Design Within Reach bed, Tempur Pedic mattress, down duvet, and ultra-soft linens. The living room features a large sofa, 2 chairs, cozy rugs, plus a record player, games, tons of books, and a vintage pinball machine. The dining area seats four around a round table. A twin air mattress is available for a third guest. For beach fun, there are 2 Linus bikes, skateboards, beach umbrella, blankets, 2 chairs and a boogie board. You are steps away from the Venice Pier and Washington Boulevard where there are tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and coffee houses. Also nearby is world famous Abbot Kinney Boulevard with amazing restaurants and shopping, Windward Circle, Muscle Beach, and a short bike ride will take you to Santa Monica. This home is NON-SMOKING of all things inhalable. We do not currently have on-site parking but there is free street parking in the area, however, you don't need a car, with e-scooters and ride share apps being plentiful and circling the area constantly. We are just 15 minutes away from LAX. The first floor of the home is the garage, laundry room, and one bedroom guest unit. You will only have access to the guest apartment. The unit has it's own entrance and is completely private and separate from the home. We are here if you need us and happy to answer any questions. Best to text us for an immediate response. The apartment is close to Venice Pier and Washington Boulevard, where there are restaurants, bars, shops, and coffee houses. Also nearby is Abbot Kinney Boulevard, with amazing restaurants and shopping, as well as Windward Circle and Muscle Beach. Bird scooter. Lime scooter. That's all you need if you want to stay local in Venice and Santa Monica. If you rent a car, you can park nearby and scooter, walk, or Lyft to the house. Plenty of cool shops, great restaurants, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Our home is best suited for couples and folks traveling alone who are looking to relax and reconnect. We are in a residential only area of Venice Beach and not on the busy boardwalk, although that area is just a 5 minute walk away. We do not allow the home to be used for photo shoots or as a base camp for production crews.
