Beach Break, St Ives with parking and sea views

Beach Break House is our family holiday home and we have been sharing it with guests since 2004. Some very positive reviews can be found elsewhere. Set above Porthmeor Beach, the house is decorated and furnished in contemporary style. It is equipped to a high standard and has private parking located immediately opposite the property. A loft conversion was completed Spring 2022 and new carpets fitted through out the upper floors. The house accommodates 6 in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The space The accommodation on the ground floor comprises an entrance porch, reception hallway, lounge which opens into the dining room which in turn opens through to the modern kitchen with utility area adjacent. Upon completion of this winter's loft conversion there will be 2 bedrooms on the first floor. A double with king size bed and sea views and a twin room. There is a a shower room with toilet and a bathroom. On the soon to be created second floor there will be a double room with king size bed and en suite shower room. To the front of the property, there is an attractive decked courtyard area with balustrade surround; ideal for watching the often spectacular sunsets. To the rear there is a sheltered courtyard with raised plant beds, garden furniture, BBQ & small shed for the beach/surf gear. Living Room This very light, airy room is simply furnished in contemporary style. Restored floorboards, rugs, leather sofas and modern lighting make a very comfortable space in which to enjoy the stunning views. There is a flat screen digital TV and DVD player, a small library of books, DVDs and local information and a few games. The dining area has a solid oak table, bench and chairs and comfortably seats six. The oak sideboard houses the Bluetooth/wireless music system. A high chair is available at no additional cost. Kitchen/Utility Room The kitchen can be entered from the hallway and from the dining area. It has a newly fitted kitchen with Bosch integrated gas hob, electric double oven, a large Liebherr fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It is well equipped to meet any level of self catering needs. From the kitchen you enter the Utility which houses the Worcester Bosch combi boiler set to give hot water on demand, a washing machine and tumble dryer plus additional cupboard storage, worktop and sink. Bedrooms There are three bedrooms, 2 doubles with king size beds and a twin room. Both double rooms have fantastic sea and coastal views. The rooms have contemporary furniture comprising wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. A travel cot is available for infants under 3 years of age, free of charge. The beds are all of good quality and are prepared for you on arrival with duvets and white linen. Bathroom and Shower room On the first floor, a tiled bathroom with high quality white suite, comprising Villeroy & Boch hand basin & toilet & bath with Hans Grohe shower/mixer tap. and a separate shower room comprising a tiled Matki shower enclosure, Villeroy & Boch hand basin and toilet. On the second floor there will be an en suite shower room. House towels are provided. Tea towels and cleaning materials are available. Welcome pack of tea/coffee/biscuits. Guest access Guests have the sole use of the house and guaranteed 2 car spaces, parked in-line on the parking area. On occasions others may use one half of the parking.
