The second bedroom has single bed. The front den is 3rd bedroom with single bed. The living room features premium quality queen size sofa bed for extra guests. The room features light blocking curtains to ensure you can sleep in after long and busy day in Chicago. Guest has full access to the unit, backyard. Washer, dryer located in basement level. Very convenient and SAFE street parking, parking permits provided (5pm-6am) I am available for anything my guests may need whether it be a question about the unit or suggestions on where to eat/grab a drink. Here are just a few locations within walking distance that I would highly recommend: Breakfast-Spinning bakery and soda fountain, 2 minute away-Augusta California corner, another brand new bakery/coffee bar is south on California, La Boulangerie & Co. (1138 California). For dinner-uber nice recently opened: the-hi-lo, 1108-1110 N. California-really awesome design outdoor covered patio, bar full kitchen. Alternative dinner option: Segnatore, California/Augusta corner accross from Spinning, french style bistro restaurant. Quick bite, local brewery beer: Lucy's 1043 California, American burgers, chicken, pulled pork, beer sidewalk patio, pet friendly- as well as hi-lo. Further on California AztecDaves Cantina-great tacos, beer. We are close to Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, West Town, Bucktown. The Humboldt Park neighborhood is truly a hidden gem in the city. Its pretty easy to get anywhere in the city from our place. With easy, safe street parking in front of the house, short bus rides (Division or Chicago) to the train (Blue Line or Green Line), Divvy stations, and quick uber pick-ups you'll have rapid access to anywhere in the city with the tranquility of a small neighborhood. Public transportation: California Street bus to Chicago Street, take Chicago street bus to downtown, or Division Street bus to downtown. California bus has a convenient 5-8 minute ride to or from Blue line to/from O'Hare. Get off at Milwaukee right at blue line stop. Bike commute to downtown 20+ minutes. Uber to and from downtown- 10+ minute ride. Parking: Very convenient street parking, parking permits provided (5pm-6am).
