House is fully renovated and steep staircase to second floor may not be suitable for people with fear of heights (steepness) or people with disabilities or trouble accessing stairs (old farmhouse) House not suitable for infants or children under 12. The space One bedroom main floor with master bath (shower only no tub). Main floor 1.5 bath (sink and toilet only). Guests will have to share the shower area with others in group through the master bedroom. Queen bed in master bedroom with barn door access from living area space. Upstairs two twin beds and a double bed. Steep stairs to access second floor. Area is open loft with some separation. TV is smart and log into your favourite subscription Apps. Keurig Coffee Pot combo located in kitchen. Basic appliances such as toaster, veg steamer, blender provided. Ceiling fan in master bedroom. Portable Wazoo fan on second floor with window AC unit. Main floor mini split AC wall unit in living room. Guest access Parking off street in driveway or in front of house. Access is through front door only via keypad. Other things to note UPDATE we added two more stools and TV trays for additional guests! We installed a mini split AC on main floor. Our house is dog friendly! For those guests that wish to travel with their well behaved dog, bowls are provided for use during your stay. Please use poo bags provided and clean up outside after your pet. Feel free to take a ball home from the toy bin. Yard is fully fenced and gated and small back deck to enjoy. Please note main yard is not part of Airbnb as owners use that space. Please enjoy a bottle of wine provided for your stay! If you do not drink wine please leave it for the next guests to enjoy! If you would like a late checkout please let us know in advance. Any checkout extending past 12 pm may be subject to half a day rental fee which will be requested through the Airbnb app. Some late requests may not be approved due to check ins for next guests, we need time to clean the rental for the next guests stay!
