Welcome! Our detached, kid-proof vacation home with large private garden is located on a quiet vacation park located on a beautiful recreational lake just below Nijmegen. A place where you can relax with your family, with friends, alone or with your partner. The cozy house is suitable for up to 6 adults and has recently been redecorated in a modern style with many natural elements and has all the comforts. The space The house is in a quiet park with a natural swimming lake, swimming beach and an outdoor playground. The vacation home has three bedrooms, is very kid-proof and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. The 600m2 garden is equipped with a 6-person picnic table, a garden table with 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, a lovely hammock, a fire bowl and a large BarrelQ BBQ. The children have also been thought of; there is a large trampoline, a wooden playhouse with slide, a swing and go-karts are available. Ideal so you don't have to bring everything yourself. The house has all the comforts such as fast WiFi, Netflix, automatic lock, stair gates, safe outlets, children's cutlery, camping bed and high chairs. The dining area is tastefully decorated with space for 6 people and 2 children. A Tripp Trapp chair and baby seat are provided. The cozy sitting area has a nice large lounge sofa with nice blankets and pillows. There is also a lovely vintage lounge chair where you can read a book in a relaxed way. In the children's corner there is a nice kitchen with kitchen utensils, a sitting area with two stools and a large filled toy basket. There is also a cupboard with various fun games for young and old. There you will also find large placemats for when the children want to color at the large table. The kitchen is fully equipped with large retro SMEG fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, kettle, hand blender, luxury Boretti knives, complete tableware and plenty of cutlery and pans. The separate toilet, the bathroom with bathtub and large rain shower are on the ground floor. In the hall there is a large mirror and there are enough hooks to hang all the jackets on. Adjacent to the park you will find Viking Fundustry with a climbing park, and many other activities such as building rafts, Squad riding, laser gaming and fun knight activities for the little ones. The adjacent large recreational lake, the Groene Heuvels, is also well worth a visit in the summer. The cycling junctions 71, 72 and 94 are close to the park and take you past picturesque villages, orchards and the beautiful river landscape of Meuse and Waal. The Doddendael clog path is also highly recommended. The oldest city in the Netherlands, Nijmegen is only 20 minutes away and very nice to visit.
