Welcome to Olkies Apartments! The 2 bedroom 1 bath spacious apartment sits above the once iconic Olkies Bar. It has been closed for many years but this amazing historical building lives on. Within walking distance to everything in downtown Ironwood, your whole group will enjoy easy access from this centrally located apartment. Needing Adventure? We are close to Copper Peak for site seeing, Big Powderhorn Resort for skiing, trails, or launch a boat onto the Gile Flowage for some summer fun. The space Large two bedroom apartment! Dining room has enough sitting for 6 and the living room has views of downtown! The side yard is available to you and your pets but there is no fence so please keep dogs on leash. Guest access Guest have entire access to the apartment. The landing is a shared space with the other apartment. Other things to note Traveling with a large group? Book the neighboring apartment as well! Let it be known we are in the process of improving the exterior of the building but it is slow and may not currently meet certain guest standards. Our price reflects this being one of the most "budget friendly options" in town. Also fans provided along with Window A/C unit during hotter summer months. Side note 2: Longer stays (more than 3 weeks) may be subject to scheduled "wellness checks." Please ask for more details. Side Note 3: There is a band that plays on Wednesday Nights from 6PM-9PM in the bar downstairs. Its a great time and all guests are welcome to participate. For some guests this has been a real pleasure and a highlight of their stay. Unfortunately for some it was not appreciated. If you are booking this apartment during a Wednesday night please be prepared to enjoy the music, which can get loud at times, or be out and about on the town away from the apartment.
