Cozy, clean updated 2 bedroom suite with ground floor entry. Fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, stove & dishwasher. Both bedrooms have king size beds and charging docks. Two tv's in the unit with full cable, wifi and Netflix, in suite laundry. Outside has a couple sitting areas to relax or enjoy a meal, barbecue, and a propane fire. Smoking, vaping and 420 friendly outside only please. Close to the downtown and all amenities. Rivers, lakes and ocean close by. The space One bedroom has the laundry facility in the closet. You have a completely fenced back yard area that is your space only. Guest access You have your own backyard area that is fenced. Other things to note We do have two friendly dogs on the premises and often we get our 2 friendly grand pups that stay with us.
