Sun-cation - Peaceful 2BD/2Bath Condo on the Beach

Enjoy work and fun from anywhere lifestyle on the beach at the Sonoran Sun Resort in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico. Heated pool, swim up bar and spa to enjoy between meetings. Plenty of places to explore in the evenings or on the weekend from this centrally located place. The space The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an ocean view and a connected bathroom with a shower. The bathroom was renovated in 2023. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and is at the 'back' of the condo. The bathroom for this bedroom is across the hall and is the common bathroom for the entire condo. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower and was renovated in 2023. Guest access You have use of the entire condo which is located on the 7th floor. There are three elevators available for your use which are quick and efficient. Other things to note You must be 25 or older to rent this condo. As of May 2025, there are a number of new border crossing regulations. Please be aware of them.
