My apartment is in Queenaba resort, a seaside family-friendly complex that offers a private beach, aqua park with pools, gardens, dedicated outdoor barbecue area, tennis and basketball courts, supermarket, fast food, free car parking space and 24h security. The complex is one of the most reputable complexes on a 10 km seaside walking path with fish restaurants. It’s very close to the motorway, a 25 min drive to the Mersin city center and 1h 15 min to Adana Airport. The 2-bedroom apartment is spacious (140 m2), convenient for families with children (up to 6 people). It has an open equipped kitchen with a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 balconies with sea views. There is a dining table, 2 sofa beds and 2 armchairs in the living area. The balcony has a full bamboo balcony furniture set and a swing chair. There is also WiFi that is suitable for video calls and a 46” TV. The Queenaba Complex has 7 swimming pools, an artificial rafting creek, water slides, 4 tennis courts, football and basketball fields and outdoor BBQ area, all free of charge for guests. It has a private beach area, walking and cycling path. The walking path goes along the beach about 10km up to Alatapark. Entire apartment will be yours during your stay. The apartment is located in 24h guarded domain with security entrance. One pool is opens from April, the others are gradually being opened from June. From the complex garden you can go directly to the beach where sun loungers are also available. Please note that every Monday is the maintenance day for the pools and they may not be used during the cleaning. During the summer season, there are umbrellas and lounges owned by the complex at the beach. Bear in mind that it’s a pebble beach and you may need sea shoes. Kargıpınarı is located between Mersin and Erdemli and it’s an area where summer resorts are located along the beach. Mersin has a culture of summer living and many locals have a summer place by the beach or mountains to escape from the heat in the city. Summer resorts in the area are full and lively in the high season. Historical sites, authentic fish restaurants, breakfast places under the trees are in short driving distance and also little cafés, bars and restaurants can be found along the beach particularly in the high season. The Queenaba complex has plenty of parking slots if you come by car or rent one. Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. The internet, water and cooking gas is included in the rent, the electric bill will be paid by the guest based on the counter calculation at the end of the stay (only during the high season in the summer and cold winter season due to constant usage of air conditioners and instant water heater in the bathroom instead of solar-heated water, all-time use of electric room heater in the winter time). The reason we add this extra fee is for not only avoiding an unpredictable bill but also protecting the ecosystem from unreasonable energy use and making the guests responsible for their utility. If you need, there is a possibility of cleaning service during stay at the same rate that was paid during the reservation as one-off fee.
