Welcome to our Paradise Vacation Room! It is located at the glorious Regal Palms Resort. It is fully renovated and upgraded with all new furniture and equipped with all you possibly need. This is a Private room with its own private bathroom and has its own exterior entrance. However, since this is a room attached to the main home you will hear people in the unit next to you. Neither units have access to each others unit therefore it is private. The space The bedroom has a private entrance that is a keypad keyless entry. It has a Queen bed with cup holders and bluetooth speakers built-in. The room also has a mini-fridge, microwave, iron, iron board, closet with hangers, tub, amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The room is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and towels, and pool towels. YES THE ROOM HAS ITS OWN AC CONTROL! This was just added recently. The luxury bedding and smart TV will surly make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. There is one parking space reserved for your unit. Your vehicle must be parked on the left side of the driveway. Additional vehicles will need a overnight visitors pass and must park in the overflow visitor parking area. Guest access All Guests are required to check in at the Resort Front Desk. Access code is provided with check-in instructions. Other things to note Regal Palms is a Gated Resort Community. Due to the update Airbnb transparency act. The resort fee is now collected at the time of booking instead at the time of check in. The $25 resort fee is paid to Regal Palms on your behalf. The mandatory resort fee provides access to the Pool, Lazy River, Restaurant, Bar, Game Room, Spa, and many other amenities. This fee can’t be negotiated. ***This unit does share inner walls with the main unit. Because of that you will hear other guests if the other unit is rented out. Be sure to inquire before reservation if the other unit is rented. This is usually a problem during peak season. **** REGAL PALMS POLICY:S INCIDENTALS: Beginning 9/1/2023 each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold that is to be placed on a credit card at the time of check in. (This is to secure the return of the wrist bands and the pool towel cards). At the time of check out the $100 hold will have returned to the credit card on file once all items have been returned to the front desk. NOTE: It may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement for credit cards or 5 to 10 business days for debit cards. CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diner Club. All credit cards provided at check-in time are required to be EMV enable (chipped). Any credit card that is not equipped with a chip will not be accepted. We do not recommend the use of prepaid debit or credit cards due to the authorization release process being much quicker on credit cards than debit cards and prepaids. NO PARTIES: Our mission statement is: "Provide an enjoyable experience for our guests" It is impossible for our guests to enjoy their time with us if another guest and their friends are partying and making noise next door. If a party is suspected, security will be notified, and guests may be fined $250. Let's be kind to our fellow guests, and don't party. PARKING: Parking is permitted only on the designated driveway; 3 vehicles max per home. Parking is not allowed on the street or on the grass to prevent damage to the irrigation, sprinklers and utilities lines. Trailers, RVs, and oversize vehicles are not permitted inside the community. Overnight parking is $10 per night, per utilized parking space and is available at the clubhouse (must obtain pass). Any vehicle that is in violation of this policy may be towed at the owner’s expense.
