Independent apartment with two double bedrooms, with sofa bed in the living room. PARKING INCLUDED, space for large cars, easy access, close to the apartment. The space Apartment located in downtown Seville, in an authentic neighborhood with a Sevillian atmosphere, it has two rooms with 135cm beds. We have a parking space, suitable for large vehicles, the garage is located on the street parallel to the apartment and its use is linked to the time of use of the apartment with the same check-in and check-out times. It is not possible to access it before or leave it later on the last day. Kitchen with assorted utensils and some complimentary basics. A large bathroom, where you will find bottles of gel and shampoo and we will leave you (2) two rolls of toilet paper per reservation. You have nearby stores where you can shop if you need anything else. We will always be happy to help you with whatever we can whenever our work responsibilities allow us to do so. Smart TV. It works over the internet, it is not connected to a local antenna. One (1) pet is allowed, with an additional charge. No more than one pet allowed per reservation. The apartment is located in the old town, inside the old wall, next to Plaza del Pumarejo and very close to the popular Plaza San Marcos, a few steps from the famous Alameda area and a short walk from Las Setas, which is the authentic center of the city. The walking distance from the cathedral is about twenty minutes. Please take this information into account before booking to assess accordingly. The location is the one marked on the map. We are not next to the Cathedral, but next to other interesting monuments in the city. Upon departure, we ask that you leave the apartment tidy with all furniture and objects in place to facilitate the work of our cleaning service, so we do not charge the guest the cleaning fee. Also take out the trash to the street container in front of the apartment. I hope you will cooperate with us in leaving the apartment in the same condition as you found it, so as not to charge extra fees. The apartment has an air conditioner in the living room and also has ceiling fans in all rooms (living room and the two bedrooms). IMPORTANT. Only one set of keys will be provided per reservation. There is no possibility of extra sets. You can use the key box during your booking if the group separates. EXTRA COSTS: ** Travel crib, for babies, on request. They will be left in the apartment disassembled and must be returned after use. It comes with its sheets and blankets for the crib and extra towel for the baby. Cost €20 per stay** ** Prepare sofa bed for reservations with 4 or fewer guests. Price €20.** ** Early check-in at 12:00 noon instead of 3:00 pm, price €15. Check-in after 9:00 am, price €35. Subject to availability. *** With less than 5 guests, preparing the sofa in bed mode has an additional price as it is considered an Extra not included in the booking price, its cost is €20 per stay. If you don't book well in advance, it won't be ready upon arrival and can't be used as it will be locked.*** The accommodation does not have a washing machine, but there is a coin laundry very close to the accommodation where washing machines and dryers are available. Guest access Near the apartment is a shared bicycle and scooter service that can be rented to get around the city. From the apartment you can walk to the city's main tourist attractions. Although we remind you that you have to take a walk to get there, for example 20/25 minutes to get to the Cathedral. To rate us, keep in mind that the location section does not refer to assessing the proximity to places of interest, but that the 5 stars correspond to whether the location marked before arrival was clear. That's why we detail the area and the distance to the places of interest. The city center, where Km 0 is located, is just a 10/15 minute walk away (on Calle Jose Gestoso) Other things to note The priority check-in method will be self check-in (autonomous arrival), access information will be provided days before arrival and the key to the box 30 minutes before check-in time. €20 will be required if we have to go because of forgotten keys or a similar incident, unrelated to real problems with the apartment. Whenever our responsibilities allow us, if it is not possible, you can call a locksmith, assuming the cost. In the event of loss of keys to the apartment, a charge of €25 will be charged for their replacement. Likewise, if the garage remote is lost, it will be €80 as it is a specific remote. Please be careful with the keys and it is recommended to leave the garage keys in the apartment if you are not going to take the car out that day. Do not leave the keys inside when leaving the apartment as a locksmith would have to be called at an approximate cost of €150. It will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival through an online registration (a photograph of the official identification document must be provided).
