Description
A calming retreat, conveniently located just a couple of minutes walk from the Greensboro Coliseum. This is the perfect spot to gather before and after your next live music, sports, or special event. A slightly longer stroll (or a short drive) will get you to UNCG, Greensboro College, the downtown area, "The Corner" at Sunset Hills, and lively Spring Garden Street, which all boast most of Greensboro's favorite local bars and restaurants. The space Relaxing bedrooms and eclectic styling in common areas provide a restful retreat and a lively gathering space at the same time. Work or study at the provided work space. Gather and get ready in the living room, kitchen, and dining nook. Then, at the end of your day or night, clean up under the rainfall shower, dry off with thick, Eco-friendly Quick-Dry Towels, and end your day wrapped in clean and beautiful hotel-style bedding. There is tons of character in this older house, featuring many original doors and fixtures but with plenty of cute and comfortable updates. Wi-fi and local ANTENNA channels provided, NO CABLE; feel free to login to your streaming accounts on the SmartTV. Basic kitchen items supplied, including coffee maker, french press, and fresh whole bean coffee, though there are fabulous restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner. Off street parking for up to two cars, including one space under porte-cochère. Guest access The entire property is yours to roam. I've done my best to make sure your stay is as private and pleasant as can be. Other things to note During heavy rain, guests may hear a sump pump activating in the crawl space. The sound is faint and imperceptible to most, though some have inquired about it. Ear plugs are be provided.
